Ingredients

Sweetener of Choice: Any no-calorie sweetener can be used. I prefer redirected brown sugar, which is a sugar-free version of brown sugar.
Coconut Oil – Only a small amount of coconut oil is needed to ensure that the cookies do not become rubbery.
Vanilla Extract – A must have for any good cookie!
Chocolate Chips – I used sugar free chocolate chips, but any chocolate chip can be used.

The instructions

: Cookies can be stored covered at room temperature for up to 5 days. If you want them to last longer, refrigerate them and they will keep for up to 2 weeks.
To Freeze: Spot extra treats in a ziplock sack and store in the cooler for as long as a half year.
